Unlike other auction companies we do not pick & choose which items we will sell, we sell the entire estate.

This is our Process

1. a detailed inventory of the contents of the Estate We ask our clients NOT to throw out anything, there is a buyer for everything.

2. We hold our world wide online auctions this can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly auctions.

3 During the designated pick up days we have a invite only for bidders as a private Estate sale this way potential bidders can see what they want to bid on at the next auction, & buy from the estate directly items Not listed in the auction.

4. We make arrangements for a invite only Dealers days, these days are only for  Antique Dealers, Art Dealers& Bulk Buyers.

5. We make arrangements for scrap metal dealers to pick up the scrap metal.

6. We even have people who buy scrap wood.

7. At the end of the process, we have licensed local charities we can donate whatever is left over.

We have people who clean the house, we even have certain tradespeople we trust & work with if you require those services.

We do not remove the contents from your home, everything stays on the property, if security is a Issue we may install a wireless security system to safe guard the contents. If the client has issues with people moving about in their property we can arrange for 2 Empty 20ft shipping containers to be placed on the property to store the items this is a extra cost.

 We are a licensed auction company, we are not a Facebook based auction company, we have a licensed encrypted auction portal, our bidders our world wide, your items get maximum exposure

Finally we charge

NO up-front fees

No Hidden fees. 

If we accept your items for a consignment auction or Estate Sale, we only get paid if you get paid, so we’re in the same boat…as it should be.  Your success is our success.
